Jupyter - available implementations

Two alternative implementations of the Jupyter service are considered:

• Vanilla Jupyter
• SWAN

The choice here depends on the chosen FSS implementation. Choosing Nextcloud as FSS entails choosing Vanilla Jupyter, while choosing CERNBox as FSS entails choosing SWAN.
